New Sacred Heart Convent is a co-educational school offering English medium established in 2005. Course of Studies
Continuous and comprehensive evaluation has been introduced in the school. In this process, regular assessment of both scholastic and co-scholastic aspects of the student are evaluated over a given period of time.
In this pattern, the learner gets number of opportunities to display the caliber by doing variety of activities and gets a chance to overcome his own weakness while participating in various activities. This is a wonderful technique to get fruitful results using formative assessment. This formative assessment is purely for the progress of the learner and for the effective learning-process. Besides, formative assessment, written examination are conducted in the form of Summative Assessment that cover both scholastic and co-scholastic fields.

a. Attitude towards teachers, classmates, Seniors & juniors.
b. Sense of responsibility, initiative.
c. Spirit of co-operation, toleration, fellow feeling.
d. Participation in school functions/social programs.
e. Achievement in Games & Athletics,
f. Achievement in Literary field (school magazine & other periodicals)
g. Response towards Natural calamities (if any and if ever) faced by the nation.
h. Creative thoughts offered for the uplift of the uneducated and poverty stricken people of the Area/State/Nation.
i. Any other activity related to a specific situation.
j. Maximum attendance in the class during the academic session.
